Elizabeth Pena

My name is Elizabeth Pena. I was first introduced to chiropractic care in May 2005 when I first joined the Klesmit Chiropractic staff. I was always suffering from horrible migraine and tension headaches. I would also get severe neck and low back pain depending upon my activities. As part of working at Klesmit Chiropractic, I get my chiropractic care for free. Since I had never gone to a chiropractor before, this was a great opportunity for me to get my spine checked out. Dr. Sandy did the initial  consultation, examination and took x-rays of my entire spine. For my age, I ended up having a pretty badly aligned spine. Dr. Sandy recommended that the doctors treat me as a normal patient, so I started my chiropractic care in June 2005. After the 5th or 6th adjustment, I noticed that my headaches were less often and at less intensity. After about 3 weeks of care  my headaches, neck pain and low back pain were almost gone. I now get my spine adjusted every 2 weeks and I experience almost no symptoms for that period of time.

It has been such a blessing to be a part of the Klesmit family and to get my spine adjusted on a regular basis. I can honestly say that all of our doctors truly care about my health and in getting me better.
